Community Investment Project - Unit 12

In May 2009, the City of Palm received a low interest loan and partial grant through the Department of Environmental Protection's State Revolving Fund (SRF) and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) to install water lines and fire hydrants throughout Unit 12.

Construction began in this area in November 2009 and was completed in June 2010.  Approximately 80,000 linear feet of water lines were installed along with 95 additional fire hydrants.
