Why Palm Bay needs to expand its Utilities Infrastructure
As mandated in the City of Palm Bay’s Comprehensive Plan, high density
residential development shall be located in conformance with the Future Land Use
Map, with direct access to arterial and collector roadways, with access to
employment centers, recreation, and commercial facilities and shall be serviced
by centralized water and sewer facilities. The plan also states that the City of
Palm Bay is to coordinate residential development with a comprehensive capital
improvements program and with other plans and programs regarding essential
facilities and services. (more)
