The City of Palm Bay offers flexible financing options for property owners who are wishing to connect to the City’s water and/or sewer system. The available loan options provide homeowner’s the ability to enjoy the benefits of being connected to City water without having to pay connection costs up-front. You have the opportunity to decide which loan option works best for you. There are no credit checks and your City water and/or sewer connection fees may be financed over 2, 5, 7, 10, 15, or 20 years.
Rates are competitive and are based on Bloomberg’s Municipal Bond Rates. These rates change daily, therefore, you should contact a Utilities Customer Service Representative at (321) 952-3420 to discuss the current available interest rates.
