Participates in the planning and direction of the department in order to ensure the development and implementation of cost-effective telephone & network systems and efficient computer operations that will meet current and future requirements. Forecast, direct and monitor Telephone Operations and Support Services Division budgets. Responsible for supervision of Telephone Division staff.

Jim Poirier, Telephone / Network Cabler

Responsible for voice and data cable installation for City offices. Oversees the installation on new fiber optic installation. Maintains city fiber optic lines.
