The Office of the City Clerk administers the city elections and accepts candidate filings.

The City of Palm Bay will hold its municipal election on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at which time two (2) councilmembers (Seats 4 and 5) will be elected to serve from November 2018 to November 2022, following the election.

Political Signs - Registration for Non-City Candidates

All candidates and political action committees (PAC) erecting signs within the city must register with the Office of the City Clerk.  Please complete the Political and Campaign Sign Registration form and click on the 'Submit by Email' button.  Please adhere to the rules and regulations for placement of your political or campaign signs.

Requirements to Qualify as Candidate:

To announce and qualify as a candidate for office, you must be a:

     1.  Resident of Palm Bay for two (2) years immediately preceding the date of the election; and

     2.  Registered voter, enrolled at a City address
