Residential Knox Box Program

Palm Bay Fire-Rescue was fortunate to obtain a grant that allows us to fund a "Residential Knox Box" program, aimed at our senior citizens and those with special needs.

What is a Knox Box? It is a master-keyed safe box that fits atop your main entrance door, similar to those used by realtors, that stores a key to your home. Palm Bay Fire-Rescue has the master key, no one else; this allows rapid entrance into your home in emergency situations.

This is a first-come, first-served program, and will continue until all the boxes have been loaned to our citizens.
