HANDS Community Survey
The City of Palm Bay anticipates receiving approximately $4,500,000 in federal funds to operate the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnership program (HOME) over the next five years from 2010–2015.
Housing And Neighborhood Development Services (HANDS) division is conducting a Community Survey to identify community priorities for the expenditure of these Federal funds in assistance to low and moderate-income families/households. Individual survey responses are kept anonymous and will be one tool used to develop the 2010-2015 Consolidated Plan that prioritizes the expenditure of these funds. ALL CITIZENS are encouraged to complete the survey. Persons with disabilities or non-English speaking residents needing assistance completing the survey, should call the HANDS office at (321) 952.3429. More Info
